The question was never whether the answer exists.
We build the systems that find it — and act on it. Volentris develops bespoke machines for information acquisition, evaluation and process automation. Not another platform for your people to operate.
Illustrative — your criteria determine the yield
The gap
The information exists. It is not usable.
Between a business question and the information that would answer it sits the same obstacle in most companies: the data is spread across many sources, unstructured, unevenly reliable, disconnected, out of date — or simply never acquired.
This is rarely a technology problem. It is an ownership problem: one vendor supplies data, a second builds the scraper, an internal team cleans it, a BI tool visualises it, staff interpret it, a CRM manages it, an agency wires it together. The actual question gets lost between the interfaces.
Volentris reasons backwards from the intended outcome to the information required — then forwards again to the action it enables.
The method
Eight stages between question and action.
Every system is built once, for one client. The method behind it is not.
-
V/01
Acquire
Websites, marketplaces, APIs, registers, documents, tenders, internal systems. Every source is cleared legally before it is connected.
-
V/02
Structure
Normalise, merge, detect duplicates. Several listings of the same asset become one record.
-
V/03
Enrich
Acquire missing attributes, corroborate against second and third sources, add history.
-
V/04
Analyze
Language models interpret unstructured text. What they extract is treated as an input, never as a verdict.
-
V/05
Score
Evaluation against your criteria, deterministic and explainable. Every score traces back to its source.
-
V/06
Deliver
Into the CRM, the database, an API, a dashboard or a daily briefing. Wherever the work already happens.
-
V/07
Act
When a result crosses the agreed threshold, the system triggers the agreed action.
-
V/08
Automate
Recurring follow-on processes run unattended — at the agreed degree of autonomy, not the maximum one.
Principles
Four decisions we do not revisit per project.
Not another platform
We do not build a SaaS product for you to adapt to. We build the machine that operates the systems you already have. A dedicated interface appears only where it genuinely adds something.
Acquisition with legal clearance
Every source passes a documented admissibility review before connection — GDPR, database rights, terms of use. You learn not only what is possible, but what is permitted.
Human control
The degree of autonomy is set together. A process can run end to end or stop for approval. What matters is sensible automation, not maximal automation.
Bespoke outside. Modular inside.
Every client system is a one-off. The components underneath — acquisition, pipelines, enrichment, scoring, monitoring, integrations — are not. That keeps both cost and error rate down.
Reference
Asset acquisition for an Austrian property investor.
The task was not to find more listings. It was to isolate, from continuously observed offers, the ones that actually meet the investment criteria — and to prepare the first approach.
The system ingests offers via search-agent alerts and manual handover rather than scraping platforms at scale — a deliberate decision against a legal risk the client did not want to carry. It detects duplicates across multiple listings of the same property, extracts the economically relevant attributes with a language model, and hands them to a deterministic calculation. Scoring, traffic light and prioritisation are reproducible; the first-contact message is drafted, but only sent after a human approves it.
Engagement
Three phases. The first is paid and ends in a decision.
Discovery
A paid analysis phase: we establish the objective, identify which information is missing, assess the sources technically and legally, and define what makes a result relevant. The output is a defensible estimate — and a reasoned recommendation against the project where that is the honest answer.
Build
We build the system and integrate it into your existing infrastructure. Fixed price on the basis of the discovery. The components are proven; the assembly is yours.
Operations
Sources change and so do criteria. A monthly operations agreement keeps the machine running, adjusts scoring and thresholds, and extends it as the business moves.
Contact
Describe the outcome, not the technology.
If you know what you want to achieve, and information, data quality or fragmented systems stand in the way, that is the right moment for a conversation.
